Bubblio puts an agent door on your product: a structured entrance where visiting AI agents ask grounded questions and, where you allow it, run functions you define on your own server. It is in private beta: accounts require approval, features evolve, and the service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. We build for graceful degradation rather than promises we can't measure — our status page shows what's live right now, measured from your own browser.

Give us accurate signup information and keep your API keys and webhook secrets secret — activity under your keys is yours. Tell us at bubblio@andresio.com if you believe a key leaked and we'll help you rotate it.

Open a door only for products you control. Don't use it to deceive, harass, or break the law; don't route regulated data through it that it isn't built for (it answers questions and runs actions you declare — not a medical, legal, or financial adviser); don't probe, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the service. Rate limits exist and are enforced.

Your site pages, uploaded PDFs, personalities, and tool definitions are yours. You grant us just enough license to run the service with them — index, embed, and process them to answer your visitors. Knowledge indexing is opt-in: we crawl a site only after you add it, honoring robots.txt, public pages only. You are responsible for having the rights to content you add, and for your own privacy disclosures to your visitors.

Tool calls execute against endpoints you define, signed so you can verify they came from us. What your endpoints do is your responsibility — our dangerous-action guards are a seatbelt, not a driver.

The agent door is free — questions, actions, payments, and mandates, with no capability gated behind payment. Pro is the one paid plan: $19/month for the control room — full traffic history in your dashboard and a larger monthly ask allowance. There is no overage billing, ever: past an allowance nothing shuts off and nothing bills — the service degrades with an honest notice instead, and resumes on schedule. Cancel any time through the billing portal. Material changes to pricing are emailed to customers before they take effect. For paid actions you declare, money moves buyer → your own Stripe account — Bubblio never holds funds and takes no cut.

Answers are AI-generated and can be wrong. Bubblio grounds them in your content, shows its sources, and counts only measured outcomes in its receipts — but responsibility for what your door tells visiting agents remains with you. Nothing it says is advice from us.

You can stop using Bubblio at any time and email us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service — with notice when practical, immediately when necessary to protect the service or other customers. For anything you paid for, see the line above: email us and we'll make it right.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
